The project consists of
widening westbound State Route 4 to accommodate the installation of a
right turn lane from State Route 4 onto Fresno Avenue and the widening
of Fresno Avenue north of State Route 4 to accommodate dedicated right,
left, and through lanes |
| Navy Drive/HWY 4 Connection |
The port plans to make site
improvements to an existing warehousing facility including clearing and
grubbing, sawcutting, pavement, excavation, grading and compaction,
installation of base rock, asphault concrete pavement, ect. |
