San Joaquin County Planning Commissioner. Also a former president of the
California Teachers Association group at Delta Community College in
Stockton.

Stephen Griffen

Griffen has worked as a longshoreman since 1977. A lifelong residence
of Stockton, Mr. Griffen is the owner of Country Club Service and Bob's
Lube since 1984 and also owner of Country Club Smog. Appointed
by the
Stockton City Council in 2009.
R. Jay Allen

Mr. Allen is a partner with a private real estate developer and
investment company in
the Stockton area. A graduate of Brigham Young University and JR Clark School of
Law. Appointed by the Stockton City Council in 2011.
Gary Christopherson

A partner in the law firm of Kroloff,
Belcher, Smart, Perry & Christopherson where he practices real property
and business law litigation. A graduate of Stanford University and
UCLA School of Law. Appointed by the San Joaquin County Board of
Supervisors in 1999.
W. Ronald Coale
Commissioner
Transportation Consultant. A Stockton native and former member of the
Stockton City Council also serving as Vice Mayor. Former
transportation representative for the State of California
Public Utilities Commission in charge of the Stockton District Office.
An Honorably discharged U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Appointed by the Stockton City Council in 1991.
Victor Mow

Mr.
Mow is a retired Supervisor on the Board of San Joaquin County where
he served eight years and two years as Chairman of the Board. Prior to
being elected to the Board, he was elected for two terms on the Stockton
City Council and is a former Vice Mayor. He is a graduate of the
University of Pacific and California State University, Stanislaus with a
Masters in Public Administration. A proud U. S. Army Veteran who served
during the Vietnam conflict. Appointed by the San
Joaquin County Board of Supervisors in 2010.
Sam L. "Butch" Toccoli

A Business Partner in the construction firm A. F. Toccoli & Sons, Inc. A
lifelong resident of Stockton and a well-known and respected building
contractor. Served as a director of the Dameron Hospital Association and
president of the Builders Exchange of Stockton. Appointed by the
Stockton City Council in 1980.
