Port of Stockton Commission

The Port is governed by a seven
member
Board of Commissioners;
four commissioners are appointed by the City of
Stockton and three commissioners appointed by
the San Joaquin County. The Board
establishes policies under which the Port's
staff - supervised by the Executive Director -
conducts its daily operations.
Please note that agendas are
subject to revision in accordance with the Brown
Act. In the event an agenda is revised prior to
the meeting, Port staff will endeavor to post
the revised agenda on the Port’s web site,
www.portofstockton.com. Updated
agendas also will be available in hard copy at
the meeting. Public speakers are able to address
the Board, and are limited to three minutes
speaking time per agenda item. Individual
speaker cards must be completed and turned into
the Commission Secretary prior to the start of
the meeting.
